Train At Home / The Rush e-Learning Center

Rush Soccer’s Train @ Home Program provides complementary training for players of all ages in several categories: Ball Skills, Fitness, Game Understanding, Mental Toughness, Goalkeeping, and Nutrition. Players get the opportunity to compete against other Rush players from all over the world,  rank in a worldwide leaderboard, and win awards.

The summer 2022 edition of the program will start on June 6th and run for four weeks. Every month, one challenge. Are you ready?

Description
This drill is designed to help you improve your ball control. This is a great drill to help you develop the ball control that will enable you to cut and change direction quickly. Goal: When you reach the point of being able to do whatever you want with the ball; you will have more fun playing the game.
Lessons
